The PixaPro Adjustable Iris Diaphragm for EF-Mount Optical Snoot I is designed to fit into the gobo holder slot and enables you to project a circle of virtually any size you require, from a pinpoint of light, up to a large flood of light. this is ideal for highlighting a specific area of your scene and can be used for either video or stills photography.

Curved Aperture Blades - Adjustable Iris Diaphragm

It features a 14-bladed iris which enables you to continuously vary the size of the opening via a single metal lever. The blades in the Iris Diaphragm work in a similar fashion to how the aperture blades in a camera lens work. Due to the curved nature of the iris blades, the Adjustable Iris Diaphragm maintains a near-perfectly circular shape, regardless of how large or how small you make the opening. The Optical Snoot can either be de-focused for a soft feathered edge to the projection or focused for a sharply defined edge.
